This week, on Friday, March 4, we celebrate National Employee Appreciation Day and I want to mark the occasion by extending deep appreciation and a sincere thanks to our Project Access teams, which stretch from the Pacific shores of California to the Atlantic and Caribbean waters of Florida. The positive impact they make on our organization, our communities, and our residents is incalculable.

Due to the expertise, flexibility, and most importantly, dedication of our team members, our residents are successfully supported, preserving at-risk families, and cultivating strong communities, positive changes, and hopeful futures. Through our team’s efforts our residents are provided with vital on-site health, education, and employment services resulting in thriving affordable housing communities nationwide.

Since the first Project Access Resource Center opened in Santa Ana, California, in 1999, it has grown due to the perseverance of all levels of our team. In just over two decades we have grown to over 80 communities and this year we anticipate serving over 27,000 individuals across the country. We hope everyone on our team looks upon these stats with pride because they were only made possible through everyone’s incredible input and teamwork.

Again, happy Employee Appreciation Day to everyone at Project Access and here’s to our shared success!
