Project Access is excited to announce that its Board of Directors has elected three new members, effective immediately: Tammy Jones (Chief Marketing Officer, Novant Health), Jason Tajima (Senior Vice President, Bank of the West), and Glenn W. Rogers (retired, Senior Partner at Accenture).

Tammy Jones is a global marketing executive with over 15 years of proven success in building brands, driving customer value, and delivering growth. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, she is interim Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Novant Health, a $6B regional healthcare system with additional locations in South Carolina and Virginia.

Jason Tajima has worked in the financial services industry for 20 years with experience in retail/business banking, mortgage lending, project management, retirement, investment, insurance, and comprehensive financial planning. Based in Newport Beach, California, Tajima is the Market Leader for the Wealth Management Group for Bank of the West, based in Orange County, California, where he ensures affluent and high net worth clients have access to professionals, with a focus on deposit/banking services, investment management, private mortgage banking, trust services, and retirement planning.

Glenn W. Rogers is an accomplished senior executive who has played a major role in guiding the growth of dozens of global industrial, retail, and technology companies. Based in Laguna Niguel, California, Rogers recently retired as Senior Partner with Accenture ($39B revenue, 459,000 employees and operations in 55 countries) running Oracle’s global Products Industry practice. He also led efforts for Fortune-500 clients in the retail, consumer goods, industrial, life sciences, automotive, and travel sectors, over a 25-year period. Major clients included Honda Motors, Williams-Sonoma, and numerous state and local governments. Rogers is a certified Board Leadership Fellow by The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) in addition to being a Director at the Irvine International Academy and the Rogers Center for Learning. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Hofstra University.
