The first ever Project Access Keys to Success Virtual Gala presented by Bridge Investment Group went online October 10 to earn more than $226,000.  The funds raised will support vital on-site health, education, and employment services provided by the nonprofit to families, children, and seniors living in affordable housing communities across the nation.

Approximately 350 guests tuned into a livestream broadcast where they heard Project Access updates and powerful resident stories, enjoyed exclusive entertainment from country group Farewell Angelina, and participated in a live auction.

“This year, a worldwide pandemic has created many real world challenges for the residents we serve who have been disproportionately impacted,“ said Project Access CEO and President Kristin Byrnes. “We are so grateful for the financial support we received from our presenting sponsor Bridge Investment Group and our many other donors who stepped up to help keep our families and seniors ‘Strong & Stable at Home!”

The Diamond sponsor was KDF Communities. Gold sponsors for the event were Affordable Housing Access, the Danna Foundation, Kin North America, Pacific Premier Bank, Steadfast Giving Tree Foundation, Vitus, and the Christian V. and Lisa D. Young Family Foundation.

Project Access’ first resource center opened in Santa Ana in 1999, and since then, its presence has grown to over 75 communities across the nation. This year, Project Access anticipates serving over 22,000 individuals.
