What you can do to STAY MOTIVATED
  • Watch Ted Talks or motivational speakers on YouTube
  • Forget about the limitations of time and immerse yourself into learning something new
  • Take time to define happiness and success for yourself. Then make a plan on how to achieve those things 
  • Recognize the strengths you see in other people in yourself
  • Try the “minimalist” philosophy and let go of the things in your home or life that don’t serve you
  • Reflect on your accomplishments and how far you’ve come
  • Think about what your dream job might be and research what it would take to get it
  • Research and seek out ways that you can make a positive change in the world
  • Make long and short term goals
