Every Monday in April, we’ll be posting tips on how you can be “MINDFUL” about your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

What you can do to STAY ACTIVE
  • Find and follow an online workout on Youtube or Facebook Live
  • Working from home? Take breaks and do some simple stretches
  • Take a walk while maintaining social distancing
  • Get active around the house (housework, gardening, giving the dog a bath, etc.)
  • Dance to your favorite songs
  • On a Netflix binge? Take time in between episodes to do some quick exercises
  • If you’re sitting for long periods of time, remind yourself to stand up every 30 minutes
  • Take time to relax – meditate or take deep breaths
