U.S. Bank Expands Partnership with Project Access through Adopt-A-Center Program in Southern California
ORANGE, CALIF., September 20, 2017 – Project Access today announced that U.S. Bank has renewed its Adopt-A-Center commitment for the Family Resource Center at Stratford Place/Windsor Court in Westminster while also adopting Project Access’ Family Resource Center at Paseo Verde Apartments in Fontana.
“We are delighted to expand our partnership with U.S. Bank,” said Kathy McCarrell, president and CEO of Project Access. “Our Family Resource Centers in Westminster and Fontana have particularly high needs, and U.S. Bank’s partnership will help us bring critical services to low-income families in these communities.”

The Adopt-A-Center program engages corporate partners in “adopting” a specific Family or Senior Resource Center within Project Access’ portfolio of more than 60 centers. Banks and corporations that adopt a Project Access resource center make an annual contribution of $7,500 or $5,000 depending on the size of the community. Funds from the Adopt-A-Center program directly support on-site programs and services.
Project Access and U.S. Bank have partnered since 2009 to serve low-income families through financial education workshops and volunteer projects. U.S. Bank’s Adopt-A-Center commitment will help Project Access provide onsite financial education, health and wellness, education for youth, and community building services for over 350 residents in Westminster and Fontana.
